Im having problems with new huawei 4c.im receiving late sms and i cant send sms also.but i can call.the alarm is not working and i tried to reset it to factory reset but it aint working also.pls help me..is it a program problem..i hope anybody here can answer my problem..

I bought a new huwawei honor 4c, it showing a error message when I was trying to boot the phone. The error message followed as: '''Unfortunately, the process com. android.phone has stopped''' In cause what is the best option to solve this problem?
I really irritated due to this conflict.
Please help me to find out the solution.
