but you will lose OTG drive support, there is not much difference between Android 4.4.2 and 5.1,battery too drains fast,check updates for firm ware and install local update.
I suggest you to wait for Android 6.0 update it has cool features than 5.1 or 4.4.2
update at your own risk.

This phone has a nice display and camera. I have it 4 months now I comparred it with my iphone 5s. the result is Huawie Honor 4c is faster than my iphone 5s in terms of boot loading and camera capturing.

Guyz as you know huawei is the slowest service center !
so they are working on it, i think they are cheating their user . but when service centre replied me , they said we are working on updates

After just 3 months, my WCDMA connection has become unstable - mostly registering NO SERVICE when set at WCDMA only (network preference). What seems to be the problem?

How to check software update??
I checked settings> about phone > there is no option for software update
I also checked with settings>updater> check for updates
But it says no updates
My phone build number CMH-U01 V1001C185B067
Present android version is 4.4.2
Plz help how xan receive the ota update for lolloipop 5.1

my mobile battry finished too fast in stand by mood.
android ios take too much battry on standby.

Honor 4C is over heating. Battery is draining very fast. Not found these two problems in any other mobiles except Honor 4C. Better not to choose this model.
