use the original usb cable $ connect to your laptop..
choose Media device(MTP) for file transfer. Good luck!!

I guess with the price of 10500,by the time you cannot get better option than this,
Either you go for reliability,Camera,Sound quality is also good as you are not going for pure chines mobile.
Some AI features makes it quite easy to use.
Even the battery performance is awesome(if you are not addicted of always being online and playing games,in that case once fully charged you can service for more than 2 days.
At last one Ultra battery feature makes its performance good(if You have only 10% of battery available you can sustain for more than 10 hrs),
The only thing that can make you you disappointed is,you need to be careful when you are operating mobile with one hand since the dimension and display is quite large.

Rest i am 200% satisfied with this phone performance.
