After updating the newest version of android 6.0 I had the same issue of internal storage is low, even I couldn't update applications, I manage to find revert back patch for Honor4x. Now I'm back with my previous version of android OS.
The worst part is when I contacted Huawei local agents, in Sri Lanka they never respond to my messages, then contacted other official Huawei agents no body wanted to even attend to my messages. Well I have been using Huawei phones for more than 4 years now, change up to 3 phones.
Well I’m kind of fed up with firmware updates, there were critical issues in android os, is was announced in public media, but huawei did not even release any patch updates at all.
Huawei is just introducing new pones to the market but they never look at the other aspects such as mobile security with updates, new os releases …
I was a fan a of huawei but not now …. How many people got affected with huawei honor 4x updates ????
Just think before you purchase any product which does not care about safety, does not care about after sales

After updating to marshmallow
It shows only 4gb internal memory.out of which only 390mb is usable.
Battery can not last 17hrs without gaming and heavy browsing or video watching.
In standby it consumes 4% charge per hour.
Frequently shows low memory error.
I am using CHE2-L11.

After MM update camera performance remain d same for daylight photography but pic taken using flash has become worse. Pics comes out b dark. Now there is no ISO setting. And it seems iso has been set to 100 by default when we use flash

Masud, 07 Jul 2016I am facing same problem.any solution?This is not a problem. 4gb internal memory was even available in kitkat, lollipop. Out of 8gb, 4gb apprx r used by OS. This is true for all phones
