Hi All,
Those who want to upgrade from Lollipop to Marshmallow please note that Marshmallow update can be downloaded from hihonor.in --> support option & also you can upadte from hicare app.
Please note that this update is for users in INDIA only with mobile model no.Che1-L04.

* A few days back i updated my honor 4x to MM via OTA. I received OTA notification just one day after registration :)
* Build was B511 of size 1.18gb
* I hard reset my mobile before & after the update. Everything went smooth.
Here r the few observations.....
~Internal memory - 4.05GB (same as in Lollipop)
~Available memory - 3.61GB (same as in Lollipop
~RAM management is same as in lollipop (1.2 gb available most of the time)
~Battery performance remains the same as in lollipop (still excellent backup even after 15-16 months, 9-10 hrs on time, 16-18hrs backup on heavy usage)
~Camera performance same as in lollipop (excellent in day time). This time one "professional" mode is added.
~No improvement in Gaming performance (2nd stage of deer hunter 2014 runs badly in all the OS. Be it kitkat, lollipop or MM)
But thr r large no of small small improvements. UI seems to be more fluid now. Scrolling is a lot better in MM.

Step1: place it in internal memory with folder named as in above file
internal memory\HwOUC\51927\update.zip
& goto setting>>update and check che1-lo4c675b511 and update it
Step2: extract update.app from update.zip
place it in dload folder in external memory card
memory card/dload/udate.app
give local update in setting>>update
