raghub, 24 May 2016Will the 6.0 update work for 4x model Che1-L04 for India users?I wouldn't risk it... ...looks like these update packs are for Che2-L11 and Che2-L12 only. Weird thing, usually Indian users are amongst the first to get any Android updates :O

Just wanted everyone to know that Marshmallow is now available to Asian and European users and here's the link:

I just updated my Che2-L11 model by using SD card and local update. Everything went smoothly and this new EMUI 4.0 and Marshmallow is so much nicer than 3.1/5.1.1 :) Colors look much more vivid now than on Lollipop (they were kinda washed out) and app manager (or whatever you call it) is now much better than the old one. Battery life seems as good as it was on Lollipop or maybe little better. But keep in mind that it's only available for Asian/European users for now but correct me if i'm wrong :) I'm really happy with this update... ...it took longer than it was expected but it was worth the wait!

hi, I recently moved to US from India. Started using T Mobile 4g SIM. And I see honor 4x is only working with 2g, not with 3g & 4g. Is there a way to make it work??

But if u stil... morebelieve me it happened after 3 days after buying this phone , and i did hard reset already , then it worked for few days and back again , even cleaning cash not working , but the temporary solution is to download alternative (contacts organizer application) from google store , but it is not long term solution as i said, thanks for your concern and i tried hihonor.com, i did't find my (honor 4x) phone , this site shows only (honor 5x)

But if u still want to update to lollipop, den go to hihonor.com and click support. Type ur mobile model and download lollipop update. Update manually. Before and after update do hard reset.
