AnonD-84448, 19 Mar 2016I have the same problem, it started a few days ago I have been using honor 4x for past 14 months.....it was good no problem at all going well it satisfied my all needs.... Just 2 weeks before I upgrade my Android to lollypop it was little sticky please do something...

Any recent news when we'll see Marshmallow update? It has already slipped from original February schedule and will 6.0 update this time be OTA or do you have to manually install it again like 5.1.1?

Nice Smart Phone , i got it from From Egypt, but i always have a problem with system (Contact - Application), it always hang , never show contacts , also do not show caller ID when it rings
you can solve this problem by :
1- Restore the phone to factory settings , but the issue will back again after a while
2- or Download any other contacts organizer application instead from Google Store , like (True Phone - Application)

Note : this problem will remain , even after you make the latest update

According to OTG (On To Go) Option (Which allow you to open any Flash Stick) :

you will never find this option in system category once you buy it , but you can activate it once you make update , you will find the new option in (settings - smart assistance - more - OTG)

snapdragon model has NFC instead (octa core hasn't nfc)

1.Otg cable is not supported in this device please fix this problem.

I bought my Huawei Honor 4x 10 months ago, and so far I also haven't upgraded it because I just wanted my phone to be simple yet smoothly in good running condition. It doesn't drained easily when its on its standby mode because I forced stop all the unecessary apps that keeps it draining and I always see to it that I charged it at 100% and no extra handling of the phone while charging just to avoid battery issues. The camera also is amazing (front&back) because it captures clearly and its output is really beautiful. EMUI of the phone is okay, I just downloaded theme from Huawei and its just free. And laslty its price is very affordable. Overall performance is excellent and great. I just wanna ask if where to get the reliable update of this phone, specifically what site? Can somebody give me the site? Thanks everyone and happy reading. :-) Happy&satisfied Huawei Honor 4x user. ;-)
