Sir ,
I bought Honor 4X 2 months back,now its not charging properly ,get down charge max 1 hour .
If i put charger seeing after 3 hours its showing only 36 % ,after 5 hours showing only 40%

I have informed viber, and also huawei Sri lanka, but there is yet no solutions.
Other apps like whatsapp, notification LED works fine :(

PDP, 04 Feb 2016I am facing the same issue.Need help.Here is d solution. But let me explain the reason for ur problem first. When u move an app from phone memory to SD card, data doesn't get moved. Data keeps on increasing on use. For example when u install WhatsApp around 42mb is installed in phone memory. But on using for few days bcoz of images, videos u downloads data keeps on increasing. When u move whatsapp to SD card only 42mb is transferred but d data still stored in phone memory. So even though u transferred many apps to SD card, phone memory keeps decreasing.
How to solve den?.
Just hard reset ur phone. Before installing anything change default storage to SD card first. Now all ur install and data will go to SD card.
