hi, 06 Nov 2017Yes, I constantly have this problem, which caused me to lim... morei did this too but literally nothing works.
i'm considering buying a new phone just because of this issue and maybe upgrading to honor 9 but i'm afraid the same issue will occur in the future despite the 64gb.. all the huawei phones i've owned had this problem (i've only owned 2 but it's always the same issue and the reason i upgrade them)
at the same time i don't want to change brands because huawei has really grown on me.

I would double check that all possible apps that can be moved onto the SD card have been by going through your downloaded apps on the manage apps feature in settings.

It is already updated to marshmallow......odwnload the whole package from honor website...if from India

I have a big problem. One day, I tried the normal power saving mode (which is recommended for online videos) but on doing so, within 5-10 minutes, the phone heated up like it would explode. So I switched off the mobile and put it back on the recommended for daily smart mode. But the problem persisted. As soon as I played any online video, it would immediately heat up. I then performed factory reset on my phone hoping it would solve the problem but it didn't. Can anyone please help me here?

does anybody keep having storage problems? i have over 14gb free on my sd card but my phone doesn't use this up (even though the default storage setting is set to sd card) and so i'm left with just 300mb internet storage and no room to download app updates. i've cleared caches, deleted photos and videos.. all for nothing. i don't know what else to do.

My Honor 4X mobile during net asses suddenly network show No Service try to use other network number also but still No service but when same sim use other handset its work plz tell what is the main problem? and need suggestion.....

My phone switched off suddenly. When i visit service center they told me to wait a day. They said it might be power problem. Is this a serious issue? How much will be the cost for repair. If any body knows please reply me..
