Does the phone is Octa-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 or Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53? I'm kindly confused about the specification. Help please?

I have Honor 4X running on Kitkat (android version 4.4.4) but I can't copy contact from Exchange contact to this phone. Search for exchange contact is OK, but when I press the menu button (to get the COPY function) , the menu is not showing so I have to save the exchange contact manually as if you don't sync exchange in your phone.
Perhaps somebody can help me about this problem.

I already up... moreHi bro, am using honor 4x from last 4 months with android 4.4.4 version, now lollipop upgrade available but I have not done it, bcuz am worrying about any problems may arise after upgrade. And coming February marshmallow upgrade will be available. So can I upgrade directly to marshmallow from kitkat ???? Without upgrade to lollipop???

All problems after updating to lolipop has been solved. Update the second lolipop for honor 4X Ch1-L04. This is available as OTA or you can download this in SD card and then local update. Now all motion sensors are working perfectly, phone performance is now super speedy even that of kitkat. THNQ HONOR INDIA. THNKS SOOOOOO MUCH. Now do work for Android M, feb 2016 is coming soon.

I am using this mobile for last 6 months and after upgrade to lollipop its really brought many improvements.
For Gaming I'm playing NOVA 3, Dead trigger, LIMBO and BADland it's really playing smoothly without any lags or frame drops and no heating issue.
It's upto you which you decide I suggest take reviews of Samsung mobile after some months and take a decision.

AnonD-464005, 09 Nov 2015I have the same problem..did you get any help regarding the... moreI faced the same issue for 4.4.4 version, I have removed the junk files using junk software and then it worked for some application but after 5.1.1 they have done some tweak to Delvik cache now I can able to move movable app to SD card.
