I bought honor4x thru on line in India. The problem is with back camera and torch.
Back camera is not working, whenever I try to start back camera I get a Notice saying,
'Check is any third party apps are using camera resources ( such as torch). Close them and try again '.
I am from chennai , india, unable to rectify the back camera problem till now...please help.

Gestures and double tap to wake up screen is not working after lollipop update and also the system is a bit lagy.
I had tried both soft and hard reset
Soft reset. Was not so success full but hard reset and wipe cache partition worked.
Last words... DO NOT UPDATE TO LOLLIPOP. REST IS YOUR CHOICE

I updated using the download file. Tried to run the Antutu. It shows 32 bit lollipop and is not showing it as 64 bit. Did they give us a 32 bit lollipop OS then? That is highly unexpected given that this phone has a 64 bit chipset. Can somebody also verify this?

Saif bhai since morning double tap to wake is not working. Yesterday night I tried to check different gestures and now none of my gestures r working except flip cover. M going to complain on Twitter hope Huawei vl fix dis soon
