Den go for hard reset as...
1. Start by switching off the cell phone.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see an Adnroid logo.
3. Select using Volume buttons option " factory reset", and confirm that with Power button.
4. After hard reset dont reboot. Instead "wipe data/cache"
5. Then go for "reboot system now" using Power button. Done.
6. After this mobile will work normal. But u have to update both play store n google play service before restoring or installing ur apps

Can be better!
It’s just over a week since I received my 4x. Purchasing and delivery was fast, thanks to Flipkart.
Now about the device.
• Display is good indoor, outdoor in bright day light reflection sucks.
• Speaker sound is good (if you face issues just delete the back ground apps and play video again)
• No head phone provided so cannot talk about the quality.
• Call quality is good, but cannot decrease the call volume it is still loud.
• Both Cameras are good. Amazing snaps.
• Compared it (literally) with One+two side by side, 4x looks bigger and better. Browsing speed is as good as One+two (chrome browser).
• Battery backup is fine, I’m a medium user and it runs for two days on full charge with 20% remaining.
• No heating issues at all, but still created a .nomedia file just in case. (Search google).
• All apps open and work pretty fast, on wifi and 3g. My major concern before buying the phone, as my Samsung Galaxy Note 1 takes time to open and run google maps.
• Huawei did not do a good job with the UI. Do these people even use these phones, they sell? What SUCKS big time, are the small fonts in Notifications, there is no way you can increase them. Just cannot figure out these small fonts. Also the Notifications Shortcuts are not designed well, and in bright daylight you cannot figure out anything in Notifications & Shortcuts , makes it difficult even to increase screen brightness. Wakeup Huawei.
• While using most of the apps you cannot copy text. Huawei guys are bunch of fools! Cannot copy text from Subject of the email either.
• Biggest BLUNDER cannot move apps to SD Card. Yes Huawei has employed bunch of NERDS to provide this feature. With 4 GB of internal memory these fools think we can use this phone without moving apps to SD Card.
• I hope the Lolipop upgrade will solve the above said issues.
• I’m still giving 4x a four star rating, because there are some decent features like you can switch you phone to ultra-saving mode by one touch, which saves battery for a very long time. Also one can restrict user-apps and system-apps from consuming mobile-data or run in the back-ground. Huge plus.
• Built quality and dimensions are good, slim and light to keep it in the shirt/pant pocket. Slippery so have to be careful while using, specially while lifting it and placing the phone on a surface.
• I recommend 4x it is a good buy and hope Huawei resolves the said issues as soon as possible.

When I opened it shows blank for a minute. Then it recover and work as normal. I was using true dialer app, but I deleted it after I started to face this problem.But not using any third party launchers or themes. And I did restart. Even problem persist. And how to do hard reset bro???

Hi Guys,
I have been always a fan of huawei devices. i have got Hono4x and just wanna know whether it support Class10 SDHC card . .. If yes suggest me a good on e i m stuck betwen Transcend class10 and Sandisk ultra class 10 .. As its expandable is 32gb ,is it recommended to take 32gb or 16gb as i have heard taking up max capacity card make slows the phone s performance . Waiting for you response ... Happy Huaweien

Did u want to say that ur call logs, msgs r opening automatically????.did u use any third party app for dialing, msging??. if yes then uninstall it. I never faced any issues after updates. I always do hard reset n wipe data after updates.. did ur problem is common with all d themes??. Try to change themes if u dont have third party app.
U can also try to wipe data from recovery mode. It will not delete anything. Hard reset is d last option

Last update done 1 month ago. After dat oftenly dial pad, messages,and call logs are getting did appears suddenly, after few minute it works normally. Wil you plzzzzzz tel wat would be the problem. Even I tried restarted the phone its happening. And how can I solve it. Thank you so much in advance.

It's really awesome. Camera clearity is very good at this price range. Even front camera is really good. Battery back also. U wil never feel bad if u get it. Go for it.

Just got my new Honor 4X.... And yes! It is worth buying!
All that i want for a Smart Phone are loaded on this phone...
My GF start to love taking pictures as well.
Since yesterday, she has 100 photos already!
