this is a great smart phone according the value ie.10 k,very good battery back up, never hangs like samsung though the looks are not so reach & people takes it as a chine made cell phone otherwise all is well

The Best phone I have ever purchased. Good Camera clarity, voice clarity, enough loudness, Battery lasts long if you have not stored much videos/photos in your SD card. Only flaw is with the Speaker where it is not that great to listen music (Still Ok). If you have problem with Heating and Battery Drainage, please add a "nomedia" file to your folders in Internal Storage and Memory Card where songs and videos are stored. That will solve the issue.

Yes 4x can b used for photography but only during day lighting conditions. in low light far images shows high level of grains n noise but near images r above average. It rarely hangs. Very smooth n fluid

Hi All,
I bought Honor 4X mobile couple of months before. I didn't face any problem in the initial stage.
After that I got latest software update in my mobile and I have updated the latest version from that point of time I am getting lot of issues in mobile like battery backup became very poor.
Within 4 hours, battery percentage gets down from 100% to 30% without using the mobile and also phone gets more heating as well. My extended memory card files not getting detected in the gallery and audio /video files present in the memory card not displayed in the default music player in the phone. Could someone suggest me the solution for this problem and moreover from my experience don't go for any software update in this phone.
