My android version shows 4.4.2 but double tapping on it shows Alphabet "H"(Honeycomb) while it should be "K" (kitkat). Explanation please...

Hi, I am using honor 4x for over a month now. Initially I was using one sim card and I was happy with the battery backup. It lasted easily throughout the day and it never lost a single percent of charge while the phone was idle. But since I am using two sim cards it is loosing battery almost 20% in 7 hours of idle time. Most of the days I find my phone dead when I wake up. There is nothing running on the background. Power mode is on smart mode. I tried to use only one sim, I also did a factory reset on the phone. But the issue still exists. I am not sure what should I do.. can anyone had this issue and resolved it? Please help.. I love this phone..

Hello all, I got this phone through flipkart. Overall performance is great but one problem I found that while playing YouTube videos the audio quality becomes worst like sth Chr... Chr...Chr... from speaker. But normal during offline videos. Anyone facing the same problem like me. Please help me.

never put the phone for charge to 9 hours or up to it.charge the phone for 6 to 7 hours.

bought gold colour from flipkart.phone looks nice.camera no so good as my htc 820. Memory card a must as only 4 GB internal memory

Truth: Almost every new phone comes with instructions to fully charge if before you start using it but it's mostly unnecessary. Since most modern batteries are best stored at about 40%, almost every manufacturer sends their phones out with at least half a charge
