Honor 5X is now just $159.99 unlocked

Vlad, 27 May, 2016

Over in Europe you can now get the Honor 5X by Huawei with a 60-day return policy (at least if you act before June 8), as we told you yesterday. On the other hand, if you're in the US and crave the smartphone, you're treated to a pretty substantial price reduction - in terms of percentage points, that is.

As of now the Honor 5X is offered by Newegg for 20% off its normal price of $199.99. So you can grab a unit for just $159.99, saving $40 in the process. That may not be very much, but this was a very affordable phone to begin with.

One thing you do have to keep in mind is that there's no telling how long this deal is going to last. Newegg hasn't said anything about its expiry date, so that could be any day. Hence, if you're interested in the Honor 5X and want to get it cheaper than usual make sure you act fast.
