BatmanBJ, 09 Jun 2022No Google services. who needs it???!!!Honor has GooglePlay services. It's Huawei that doesn't have them. They are generally the same company, but they operate independently.
I'm still unsure about Honor because their phones are often a mixed bag. They are fine on paper, but don't work as great in real world use. And their software is probably still lacking just like Huawei's was. Mostly on the long term support front which has been pretty poor on Huawei's end even when they weren't sanctioned by anyone.

Like... moreDo you need to transfer gigabytes of data to your computer from your phone? If not then the type C 2.0 protocol (which doesn't mean its just USB 2.0, its the 2nd standard of type C) will work perfectly (plus xiaomi phones destroy Samsung phones with USB 3.2 for charging, also faster than apples literal USB 2.0 port so why need 3.1?)
I'm pretty sure Samsung also are wrong with the 3.2 specifications for their port, heard a lot of tech companies sporting "3.2" when in reality it's just 3.1 spec with maybe an extra feature.

Everyone who's wondering if it has GSM or not, yes it does, but only once it is released globally. ATM it's just in China.The global release will be in September, or so I've heard.

Looks ok. Just wanna sell my Find X5 and I was keep thinking to buy a Honor Magic4 pro, ir this. But also Iam tempted to buy the mate 40 pro. It seems like a year or two later can sell it for the same price as it's worth now.

FYI, its a China only phone but has rights to GMS so u can install GMS on your own.
Its not the same as Huawei where GMS is locked out from those after P30 Pro series totally.
