You would see a blue color button with an envelop at the bottom right corner of the page. Fill in your name, email, what is the problem, and ur message. I also wasn't getting the update first then did all this and that day only i got an update :)

Pao, 18 Jul 2018I got my oreo update last July 6th here in Kuwait,Just really wondering why Saudi Arabia don’t have OREO up to now. No announcement yet when OREO update for the whole Middle East will be released considering that 7x was lauched since Dec 2017 - so frusrating rrally!

I bought this set in Mid June in Pakistan. Till now I am amused to say that it works excellent. I have already updated it to oreo. It works well. Battery backup is good. I saw few reviews saying that this set lacks gyro sensor, but it isn't. I received earpiece in it's pack as well as I heard that it doesn't have earpiece in it. Overall a good package in this price range.
