I feel my previous phone the huawei 9 lite is better than the honor 7x in term of sound quality n performance of the phone.

Also, Samsung manufactures their own SOC, and high end Snapdragon ( 835, 845) for Qualcomm as well

honor 7x is worrest phone..fake specifications by company...primary camera is not 16mp..its like vgs camera..very poor quality...very bad

After latest security patch update, my phone's battery drains quickly and charging time is also long. The phone charges 0-100% over 4hour.This two issues are big for me. Also the phone heats quickly.

The difference with Huawei compared to say Samsung or HTC is they make their own SOC (Mobile phone CPU/GPU). So they control the manufacture price from the start and so have more say on the RRP. HTC/Samsung buy from a 3rd party. Demand affects prices. So they have less say on the final price as it has to be a certain amount to profit.

OhRon7x, 14 Apr 2018I think it's only in the States that LTE is not supported i... moreNo, there is actually a US version of the 7X. And the Mate SE is just the 4gb / 64gb variant in the states. Worth the extra $30 if you ask me.
Now to me, the Micro USB isn't a deal breaker. The two hits I have on this phone are lack of wireless charging and IP rating. I've been dragging one around as my work phone for a little over 2 weeks, and I really like the Mate SE... SO close to making me say no more Galaxy phone for my personal phone.

I recently got this phone, i want to check with others regarding the bokeh mode in camera.. i had read that this is available with the new update, but inspite of me having the latest update i still didnt find how to use this mode.. can anyone suggest ..
