Battery has been expanding alot so much so that the back cover is coming off and the side buttons cant be pressed anymore.

I used this phone from 2017 to now and it is work great but in last week I see bug in software and everything in system being big after reboot.

I own this phone for 3 years , mostly trouble free ...speed is intact as it was when new ..few probs i encounteed of late are ...Gmaps no longer supports but other google products work..very frustating becos maps is most needed on trips..2. volume button when pressed during playing a video or during call has a lag it doesnt appear or work immediately
3. wowifi calling feature added recently in june is a flop..it actually disconnects the call midway .. so keep it off for good cause
Otherwise for the 13k i spent ..three years and still going strong..has all the features of a samsung or iphone (yes facial recog finger print what not) ...proud to be a honor owner

ccPgh, 26 Oct 2020Have a 7x phone (2017) and cannot download pictures/videos ... moreNot sure if this will help or not but I had a similar issue, I worked around it by downloading something going into the downloads app and then highlighting what you downloaded and clicking move and it should now be in your picture area. Unnecessarily complicated for some reason x

Iam a College student
I brought the Honor 7x 3 years ago and still it is my primary mobile
Its working great
But the gps is the big issue in this mobile

I bought this for my wife 2.5 years ago. This has been a great phone except for one major flaw. The gps on this device is horrendous, taking several minutes to get a fix, sometimes not at all. Real time gps tracking in an automobile can be off a mile at times.
