As of now it's the 6th November 2018 and i still haven't got the Oreo update on my 7x, what's going on? (BND-L21C636)

    Had purchased Honor 7X mobile phone on 29/12/2017 from Amazon.
    On 25/09/2018 noticed gap in body of mobile, took it to Honor authorized service center and I was told that battery has swollen so battery need to be replaced. Service center gave us Acknowledgement Slip SO No. 180939HBDQ0100006 dated 25/09/2018. It has been 40 days and my mobile is not yet ready and today we were told that it shall take another few day to get our mobile repaired.
    I think Honor company don’t keep stock of spares so my advice if you are planning to buy Honor mobile than you please keep a spare mobile phone for your use. After few visits to Honor authorized service center I can say that for any normal repair they require 2-3 months time.

            My device from the moment I unbox Ed it to connecting to the WiFi had the update ready cant complain about anything battery is great all Internet purposes are fine at this price point. 100 more though an you can get the honor play with the 970 chip which you could play fortnite, this does the trick until I get that one honestly

              I can not lock phon with floating dock
              My smart assistance doesn't has that option
              Although it was there before but now it is disappear

There are different views on the future update which is not really official. In anybody's experience with huawei I will it get future update to android P? I don't want to stock on android 8.0.
