Honor 8 has already scored over 5 million registrations for its first sale

Himanshu, 15 July, 2016

The Honor 8, which was unveiled earlier this week, has already scored more than 5 million registrations for its first sale. This was revealed by the Chinese smartphone manufacturer in a teaser image.

The milestone was achieved in around 4 days, which is quite impressive, although do keep in mind that it doesn't mean that over 5 million people have already pre-ordered the phone - it's just the number of registrations for the sale.

Registrations for the Honor 8 are still going on and will end on July 18. The phone will go on sale the next day - on July 19. To refresh, the handset comes in three memory configuration - 3GB/32GB, 4GB/32GB, and 4GB/64GB - costing around $300, $345, and $375, respectively.

I think I'm gonna wait for the Huawei mate 9 and see if I like it. If not, I'll buy mate 8 as it will be even cheaper by then
