Is anyone here that have already used or owned or tried both Honor 8 Pro and Huawei P10? honor 8 pro dual camera are they powered by leica? Seems no right as there is no leica sign-print? Both are using same chip, same gpu & cpu but with different battery life, RAM, 12mp and 20mp, screen resolution. So any suggestion which would be slightly greater? Need some recommendations

I brought Honor 8 Pro last week before, it is a very good mobile and flagship killer too. When the first time battery full charge done it gives me 2 days of usage without memory card. after i inserted my Memory card it gives me only one day. even i tried by unistalled unnecessary apps, though it gives me same battery life. what should i do? should i remove the memory card? and will this phone supporting OTG?
One more thing when i searching for update it show your device is upto date. and i hasn't got update since i got this mobile. but everyone receiving update, what is the latest update version for Honor 8 Pro?
Please any one Help me...

Brilliant screen...2 day battery life...love the dual cameras and ir blaster...camera better than many phones out this year..price wise half of many flagships..i say honor 8 pro must buy

Hello guys it's time for me to upgrade and this time want to stick to android so thought of giving a try to honor 8 pro. As the price and specs are similar to oppo f3 plus and vivo v5 plus which is a better buy also if someone can help me with customer service feedback on honor brand. Thank you

Hi Guys,
Can u confirm on the heating issue, as i hv used it for around 10 minutes and can feel considerable heat ( using wifi only ).
Have an idea to go for this as i know the quality of Honor and a earlier user of Honor 8. So your suggestions and confirmation can help others.

Have you forgotten that H8Pro has enormous internal storage of 105 GB and One plus 5 has only 64 GB of internal storage with no expandable storage whereas H8Pro has it?

If you have 3k more it's much better to buy Op5. You will get latest processor, latest ram, fastest internal storage, fastest charging, 4k eis, front cam eis, Bluetooth 5.0, fastest update for atleast next op device. In Honor 8 pro you will only get 2k screen, and may be better camera that's it. Look at Amazon reviews it has 16nm processor so heating is there, slower ram and slower internal storage, no 4k and front cam eis and Bluetooth 4.2. Honor just did a scam too, it has given all the reviewers ufs2.1 storage equipped device and faked all the benchmark ultimately you will get emmc5.1 storage. So choice is yours.

someone mentioned that heating issue has been resolved after updates..... is it true..

This has old and slow emmc 5.1 storage, with old and slow ddr4 ram. And old Bluetooth 4.2, and old Corning Gorilla glass 3. It has a old 16 NM processor with much weaker gpu and it heats very quickly. No eis on 4k video, no eis on front cam. Only good thing is 2k screen but that consumes too much battery so 4000mah is useless. It has 5.7 inch screen with on screen buttons so you will have effective 5.5 inch screen. No double tap to wake with fingerprint in the rear, so you will have to pick up the phone every single time to check anything. Plus slow charging. 2hrs 10 min to full charge being switch off. It's cheap for a reason. Still it's understandable but what Honor did, giving media people ufs 2.1 storage 8 pro was beyond rational thinking. All the YouTube speed test and how fast the phone is actually complete bullshit. Never ever buy Honor phones.
