my honor phone went dead, can't open it, it's about two months old, purchased in Michigan and i'm in the middle east in Zarqa Jordan, it was purchased using credit card and i don't know which one i used, the phone should be under warranty, could i take it to a HUAWAEI agent and get it repaired without having any proof of purchase but the number on the phone, help me please.

Does this phone close background apps like other Huawei midrange phones ?
I have honor 7s with 2 GB ram and it closes all background apps frequently specially in power saving mode.it makes me crazy.

i had purchased this Honor 8c Phone in January 2019 . i hardly used this phone 3 months . it has started hanging sometimes too much .
my best friend suggested me this phone . so i relied on him . and i purchased it in hurry . but when i will start using this phone and i will hardly pass 2-3 hours on this phone . then it starts hanging too much . then i have to restart it again .
so this is the problem which disturbs a lot . and i am facing this one issue
apart from this , till now ( April 12 , 2019) it is working very well .
so please try to solve this one problem and i do not use this phone too much . so i don't know which kind of features are lacking in this phone . try yourself , see it and then purchase .

Anonymous, 09 Jul 2019i want to buy this phone 8c for playing pubg how it will be SD 632 can play PUBG on low graphics, but just barely. There will be slight stutters and FPS won't be good, which is most important for games like PUBG.
I recommend minimum of SD 636 or Kirin 659 for gaming, as they offer more acceptable gaming performance - but still on low graphics.
For good gaming experience, you should go for SD 660, Helio P60 and Kirin 710. They all are equally powerful for gaming.
Realme 3 has Helio P60 and it costs about same as this phone. It also has good camera result, battery and strong built quality. It can play PUBG on HD graphics smoothly.

I am using honor 8c since 6 month. Poor camera result, poor ear piece, heats up while using google map, not good display, so plz dont buy
