New push update I received last night solve freezing & rebooting.. Thanks Honor solve new software update problem as quick as possible... Now I can use my phone normal already 👌

What happened... After new update... My phone really stuck, freeze & keep rebooting... Hope honor can come up with solution ASAP...

I'm having issues accessing the company portal app to get access to my work emails. States "unable to create work profile" and "can't add work profile". This happened after likely the software update that caused my phone to lag, I did a factory reset at their service centre.
Already got my IT team to help but can't seem to resolve. So am forced to use my old phone to access my work emails for the time being.
Any advice on how to mitigate?

It was a decent phone and now it is crashing and lagging all the times specially when I turn on the camera.
Also, I am starting to doubt the built quality as my factory installed screen protector is starting to wear off at an alarming rate....
I am disappointed at this phone

Worst phone I have ever owned. Problems started after 3 months, phone freezing, restarting on its own and extremely slow lagging. I have owned multiple phones for the last 20 years and without a doubt this one comes in at last place even though it is by no means cheap. I feel like throwing it against the wall. Stay away from Honor android at all cost.

My phone honor 90 lite also experiencing this laggy problem for the last 3 days esp my camera function. I just updated the software to the 'Tryout Version' one. Go to software update, and tap on the top right corner, got 3 dot button. Choose 'Tryout Version'. So far so good

Even my phone is lagging when somebody calls me it starts to lag..... And it overheat then restart right away

My honor 90 lite works like dream week before, it's start black screen, freezing and auto reboots from last Thursday(05/09) morning when I switch on the phone,I need to force restart serveral times a day now, it's turn to unusable,it can freezing any time even when you make phone call, first of first i thought my phone had problem but looks lots of people got this situation at moment, try different way to sort it out but all failed, contact honor today and still not get any reply.

If you guys can also call and log the complaint so they can be aware it is not only my phone that is acting up from the software update they can attend to the matter faster.
Maybe they can send us a new update or patch

It still lags after doing so because suse that current software it updates to is still running on the phone

For all thouse who hawe lagging problems with last update (Use factory reset) helped in my case for now!!
