Pro has better USB-C Port Capabilities, Display size, front facing depth cam along with necessary sensors for face biometrics, better primary cam (variable and wider aperture), 200MP telephoto periscope insteade of 50, No 512 + 12 variant on the pro.
I think these are main differences: Dynamic Island, Size, Glass front and Back, Camera modules, as you mentioned USB, (there's no platform difference though)
