As much as l like Honor phones, there is one shortcoming to their software that really annoys me: you cannot access the app settings directly via the app icon - you have to go to settings, then apps, and then the app settings. Why do they make it so difficult, when even Motorola - who are notorious for their bad software - enable you to access any app's settings via its icon?

carl, 19 Jan 2025i have a pixel 3, would this be a good phone to upgrade to?In my view: yes 100%. I don't need top tier functionality and I am not willing to pay silly money for a phone. Honor offer the best value for money, unbreakable phones, and very stable software.

As an Honor user and fan, I really can't understand their strange strategy.
Great flagship year after year.
Finally a very decent middle range (200 - and after years, finally with stereo - and at this moment for around 320 eur - very good value).
But in the basic range, they only introduce a mobile phone with a nice design and a nice display. Nothing more.
After a few months from the start of sales, the bazaar will be full of this model.

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2025Just get the Honor 300 instead of this.If Honor keep following their trend - the 300 series will not release globally. They will likely release a 400 or whatever they decide to name it in the second half of 2025 which will come out to the global market.

370 EUR for this? The phone comes with mediocre 6 Gen 1 and it's nothing when compared to the competition and yet people blame Xiaomi everyday while companies like Honor exist making dumb midrangers every year
