Honor Magic 5 spotted on Geekbench ahead of announcement

While we wait for Honor to officially announce its Magic5 and Magic5 Pro flagships at MWC Barcelona, a new Geekbench listing emerged to confirm some key specs of the non-Pro model. The device bearing the Honor PGT-AN00 identifier is seen with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and 12GB RAM. It managed impressive scores of 1,411 single core points and 4,584 multi-core points.

The phone is also seen booting Android 13 presumably with the latest version of Magic UI on top. Previous rumors suggest Magic5 will offer quad 50MP cameras with up to 5x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom. The phone will also get 66W fast charging while the Pro model may go over the 100W threshold like its predecessor. Honor is set to announce its Magic5 and Magic5 Pro on February 27 at MWC Barcelona.

The biggest question remains, will the Magic 5 Ultimate be available globally? So far, the real flagship phones have been China only, which is a huge mistake
