Honor Magic Vs new teasers reveal support for stylus

The upcoming Magic Vs will be part of a huge Honor announcement where we also expect to see the Honor 80 lineup and the new Magic UI. The number series were already extensively teased, and now it’s time for the foldable. Honor posted two teasers in partnership with Esquire, revealing the overall design.

The Honor Magic Vs will keep the form factor and the camera alignment, but now we will have a fancy golden option and the camera island now bears the writing “Designed by Magic”. More excitingly, we can also see a pencil in the hand of the actress Sweet Li, meaning Honor is likely to introduce its own version of a stylus for smart devices - a first since the brand became independent.

The new foldable will also have an updated hinge, but it's hard to tell much about it just by pictures. Aside from that, it will be pretty much the same as the Magic V - vertical hinge, foldable inner display, a tall and thin cover display, rounded at the right-hand side.

Specs-wise, the Honor is likely to come with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, but given we’re close to Qualcomm’s announcement of its new flagship, we might see the next-gen SoC power the Magic Vs. Since its predecessor never escaped China, the big question is whether this foldable will arrive internationally.
