That means you are late to update the watch. The last update received was 2021. The support for this watch ended now. You can use until its working.
Got that watch almost three years now and never ever had any problems at all with it. Battery if not heavy usage keeps for a two weeks. Recommended.
Application to be used with it's call it Huawei Health , you can get it from google play.
