Many youtubers tried and failed with the k40 gaming edition. Still, it can be done illegally but if buying a Xiaomi China model it's safer to buy their snapdragon 8 series phones which officially come pre-installed with GMS

Midrangers from Xiaomi in China also don't have Google play services so you can't really judge from this. Will have to wait for international model releases to see if Google play services has been restored

Sub 4000mah battery on anything over 6" screen size is just not going to cut it. Really with the power and display on modern phones, 4500 is the minimum but I feel that they need to be trying to push towards 5500. I feel that requires moving to graphene batteries with better power density so allowing smaller form factors in the battery while boosting battery life.

Very dubious actions of the company, with such leaps there is a direct path to destruction. There are tons of phones with the same camera, but they decided to put in a small battery and sell for the price of the GT Neo, which also has a 3.5 connector, and the excellent performance of the D1200. What audience is this phone designed for? It doesn't stand out for its design, it doesn't stand out for anything.

Modern specifications, small... moreIt's not good for the battery to charge it to 100%, so if you have a bigger battery, for the same time it will charge to 80% instead of 100, but it will last just as much and you can charge it to 100% when you need more battery life. It will have longer lifespan and you'll have bigger battery backup when you need it. So there's zero advantage in having a smaller battery that takes less time to charge.
