This phone Honor X6c is very nice, An upgrade to X6a and X6b. The battery last well, and it comes with Ai Eraser, I loved that.

DarlingYext, 05 Jun 2025TFT being part of OLED doesn't mean OLED is a TFT pane... moreThat person doesn't understand the difference between a thin-film transistor and a TFT display, which is an outdated variant of LCDs.

flat screens like the honor x6c and infinix note 50 series
and tecno camon 40 have achieved almost the 92-93%
screen 2 body ratio and i believe they will achieve them
in less than 2 year s time perhaps in 1 to 1.5 years time
by then lets hope they all have ip ratings like ip66 68 69

        !

Franz33, 05 Jun 2025Wow another banger from Honor, you can't go wrong with... moreHow so? This is too expensive for the weak components it includes. My old Xiaomi Redmi 10C had better CPU UFS 2.2 and costed as much as this in 2022. When I went to buy a new phone, I was thinking to get something as much as 400 USD. I looked around and quickly realized that anything that costed this much was equal or inferior to my Redmi 10C. So I had to fork up around 650 USD for Realme 14 Pro+ if I wanted to actually get an upgrade.

This phone should not cost more than 80 USD given the parameters it has. It's too expensive and whoever buys it is throwing money away, because there are better options for that kind of money. The only thing I give Huawei/Honor is their devices have sturdy builds, but I haven't had a Huawei since probably 2016-2017 so I don't know if they dropped the ball by now or not.

ok so I noticed this phone and pronounced the name and I wish I didn't (wtf is '6c' 😭)

[deleted post]I can see that, anyone who believes that OLED is the same as TFT is probably not a serious person.

[deleted post]You are trying to tell me that OLED is the same thing as TFT, that's not a fact, that's being factually blind.🤡

Will this budget phone get into the TKDN Certificate after the comeback in indonesia?

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2025If you were in school and you got taught 2+2=4 you‘d raise ... moreYou know there are people that are sensitive to the PWM of OLED displays, but they aren't sensitive to TFT LCD or IPS LCD displays. So, how could that be?

                      OLED ≠ TFT
                      OLED ≠ LCD

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2025You sent this message from a TFT display and you don’t even... moreSure buddy. Why doesn't every new flagship device just use a TFT display?

Oh, and I'm sorry but wheels are part of a car as well, yet people aren't driving wheels, they are driving CARS. When people are eating something salty they aren't just eating salt, they are eating a hamburger, or a pizza, or something else that INCLUDES salt but has many other ingedients as well.

OLED is OLED, not TFT, even if it INCLUDES TFT but it's a completely different technology and is better, TFT is just LCD and has to have every pixel lit all the time, while an OLED can turn off as many as needed.

Just because there are two and two apples does not mean I have 4 apples in total“ that’s how r*diculous you sound right now.

There is no possible way to make a LCD or OLED display that does not use TFT in 2025. Maybe you should start learning instead of naysaying.

Anonymous, 05 Jun 2025https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thin-film_transistor >... moreTFT being part of OLED doesn't mean OLED is a TFT panel as well. TFT on it's own as a display is absolutely terrible. Maybe check for yourself in real life, put 3 devices next to each other, one with OLED, one with IPS and another with TFT and see the difference.

And yes, no phone in the EU will be required to have an IP rating. And no phone running the full Android 16 will be required to have more than 4GB RAM. All a lot of fear mongering over misunderstood articles. If you actually sometimes tapped on the little link that says „source“ at the end of an article you would easily see when GSMArena makes mistakes, which is not uncommon with some authors like the one I mentioned, as that one prefers to rave about big Chinese heavy brick phones with unnecessarily big 8000 mAh batteries instead of writing quality articles.
