Also, their camera app should be revamped, it's absolutely nonsense to have to pick another mode for getting hdr photos in 2022.

I already bought this phone.. I really love the design.. But there are camera features that are not available just like my honor 8x..like the moving picture, AR Lens, slow mo but it have dual view n also story..
I hope the moving picture, slow mo n ar lens can be enable if there is an update

Latest SX with Google support but no sd card = Google drive with subscription once Google photos has gobbled up your 128gb on board. Am I am being cynical in my old age.

Such a good looking phone... I can forgive Honor for not putting an Amoled screen and going for LCD instead to keep an affordable price
BUT
I can't forgive them for putting a mono speaker instead of stereo speakers...
This one has great looks, but specs-wise the Redmi Note 11 is a much better phone

On other points, it's obviously outperformed by this new x8 but still..
It's even missing 5G for a 2022 phone.

I have the Honor 8x, which was released on 2018. I compared between these two phones and concluded that the Honor 8x is much better despite being an old Honor model. And my 8x is still doing just fine, and is still fast, unless if the phone memory is full, which is completely normal and happens to most android phones. The camera is better on the 8x, taking video is better, and the built is also better and feels premium. Oh, one more thing, the 8x came with a memory card slot, which is a huge win. I don't get why Honor came up with a new phone just for it to be inferior to the original model. You guys can compare these two phone yourselves and you probably will either agree or disagree with me based on your own opinions. But personally, the 8x is way better than the x8, despite being an old model. Well, looks like I'll just buy the iPhone 13 and not the x8.

I wish MI or one plus produce flagship model look alike this camera setup in rear. Squared edge like iphone 13. Thta's all we want for this century.
