I currently own a Magic5Lite. The phone excels at nothing, but does do its job in every conceivable area. Furthermore, having dropped it on the floor multiple times, I am yet to see even a tiny scratch mark, whereas my Motorola didn't survive a drop from 30 cm. The phone is virtually bullet proof and cost less than €200. Honor offer the best value-for-money phones.

-, 14 Jan 2025Honor has X9c Smart and 200 Smart as cheap 5G modelsYes, but they're expensive and significantly heavier than the X8b. The Honor 200 Lite makes sense in Malaysia with 512GB storage, whereas the rest of the world gets 256GB instead.

This phone is kind of funny. Dynamic island but not so good cameras. Many at the same price have better and 4K recording. This doesn't somehow. At least there's a cheap phone with dynamic island. Honor x8b too!

I love the fact that this phone is extremely lightweight for its size, but why did this become heavier by 8g with a slight battery capacity increase of 500mAh and the same specifications as the previous iteration? Couldn't they include a Si/C battery and a 5G chipset to make this a sensible upgrade?
