I liked the phone. especially it's screen. but speaker totally sucks. coming from samsung A53. how i wish they did better. i bought my wife infinix hot 5 pro+ but i felt that hers was better wayy more features at lesser price. this has been my dream phone but i guess i didn't research on the phones cons properly. quite disappointed but excitement on the phone quickly diminished. sad

Hi. I have an issue with Honor X9b & X8b. Both of them when someone makes a whatsapp call to either of these phones, I can hear that it is ringing, but does not show on the screen who is calling. I have to unlock & search for the caller. simple call (not Whatsapp) it works great. What is the issue? it has been few weeks this way.

Phone still running smoothly after 9 months. However, if you use a privacy screen protector, the fingerprint scanner won't work anymore which is unfortunate

My phone has been showing green line for 3 months after I bought it. Maybe changing the display will fix it, but is there a guarantee that there will be no green line or other problems with the phone after opening it at the phone service center?

Even worse is that there are no Service centers available easily and most say that we are closed and no more operational. Please do not buy this phone. Really disappointed, more so because it was a gift and has created a bad impression.
