I bought one of these 6 months ago. I thought that it was a pretty cool PDA and used all of the features including the GPS navigation. I found it sluggish and slow but I tolerated it. After 5 months the system kept crashing and I was performing a soft reset at least twice a day. Then that changed to hard resets becuase it kept freezing and finally the GPS started giving me "fatal errors" and crashing as well. After trying to return it the store said that I have to deal with HP direct and that I can't get my money back. This is the worst purchase that I have ever made in my entire 33 years on this planet.

Frankly, I just get crazy for this phone, but the my odd point about it is its lack of Camera facility.
so, i expect the facility to be included.

I have had a number of these IPAQ's. I think it is great that you can have a phone PPC & GPS all in one device.
I have only two concerns which have ultimatly swayed me from getting another, and that is that when you plug a 2.5 headphone jack into the device, it stops you from being able to us then phone functionality.
Nice try HP, but back to the drawing board.
