Can u tell me y it is very cheap? its for 12900/- PKR (Pakistani Rupees) with all WM and WIFI connectivity? With also from HP company, a famous company. Strange to look at its price against its features. Do anybody know y it is like that so cheap?

im useing this cellphon last two month but still ican not understand its option how to use memory card except phon memory any body can help me.if i take any songs from blutooth it cann't going to direct memory card.and second thing how to download new softwear for this cellphon.
