why cant i connect the Bluetooth to any other phone with a Bluetooth. the phone can discover any Bluetooth device but cant pair with them. so my question is why is that so?

Not at all happy with this phone, I have owned it for a year and I have had the following problems;
>Camera takes burly photos 80% of the time
>Phone randomly crashes
>Slide screen sometimes does not when receiving a call (this has caused me to miss calls!)
>Phone randomly turns it self off
>Phone does not receive all text messages sent to it
>Phone will receive a text message, switch off and then when you switch phone back on said text message is deleted.
>Windows mobile does not provide access to many apps (well this is not a problem with the device, its a problem with Windows Mobile)
I am looking at buying a new phone, I have never owned a phone for only one year. this phone has being a big waste of money!

If you want to sync and download stuff from your computer you need to install Zune on your computer. You can download it free off the internet - just do a search.
Once you do this your phone will allow you to download pics, music or whatever.
