pls am having a problem and i wanted to update my htc mozart but when start and riches about 30% it stops pls how can i update it 100%

I purchased this device with Widows Phone 7.5 installed and demonstrates how slick the new OS is. Coupled with HTC's excellent hardware onboard (8 megapixel camera and aluminum body) it is strongly recommended. Now available very reasonably at a price that no other OS driven device can match.

i cant even have pictures or music unless i download the zume software what is this about? i want my music on there not music i have to pay for is there any other way off getting music on here without paying for it?
why say this phone has bluetooth when it dont even work keeps saying ( not supported?) if i new this phone was this complicated i wouldnt have got it i wouldnt reccnmend it to anyone

there is a memory card slot in the phone but it is only accessible by removing the case

claudio, 08 Jul 2012you heave to buy a micro sd 32gb if you want more memory :)There is no slot so U can't buy any more memory for it
