The phone definitely has some GREAT potiential. BUT. Why on earth did htc put in the same chipset as the desire. At the time the desire was spreading underperforming slightly compared to the galaxy s and motorola phones (all the android motorolas have the same gpu) so i cat get my head around why they put tht on the hd7 phones. But on the plus side 3500mah battery means a reeeeaallllllyyy looooonnngg battery life

I need some help regarding the email & account set up. Yesterday i was trying to set up my facebook account but it refused to sycn so i tried inserting my friend's email address and password. today morning i woke up and tried to insert my email address but it refused to change my friend's address.. it only let me change the password. can i undo the process and put mine instead? PLSSS i need help

i recently bought this mobile, and i'm having problems in trying to change my facebook email a/c. I inserted the wrong email address and now i can't change it. can anyone tell me how i can remove/change the facebook email address and write the correct one? in the email & account settings menu.

Minuses: slip... moreI'm not sure about the issue with HTC phones, but works fine with my Samsung Omnia 7. No issues synching my outlook mails from my office exchange. I thought WP7 should generally be the same since its controlled by Microsoft. Maybe need to contact HTC directly re this.

Got it on contract - disappointed with Windows 7 Phone operating system, would be nice of I can downgrade to Windows 6.5 professional as none of my Win 6.1 mobile apps run on Win Phone 7 !!!!
Considering changing to HTC HD2 !

Pluses: it's fast, intuative and easy to use
Minuses: slippery in the hands especially trying to avoid pressing vol/camera buttons by mistake, no LED to tell you its on/asleep and I have had it reboot itself for no apparent reason so never sure its actualy on (when asleep), supplied ringtones/alerts are poor and no Profiles was a bit of a suprise.
Unexpected: Does NOT sync with Outlook but rather with 'cloud' style social networks etc - very clever it even allows you to link (splice?) duplicate contact from (say) 3 sources without actually deleting any data. Every network I spoke to told me it syncs with Outlook so BE AWARE it is not the case!

Does this phone support Chinese language? Can't seem to find it in the language list. Please help!! I really need Chinese to communicate.
