Please HTC keep the Trophy resistive (or hover-zooming) and 6.5.3!
        ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-
I am still using my good old Oct 2003 iPaq h2215 (Windows Mobile 2003, 400Mhz, 64MB RAM, SD+CF slots, QVGA 320×240), with the $400 excellent software I bought for it, while waiting 5 years for a decent upgrade that never came.

Now MS, after abandoning developers and users, is destroying its main Mobile asset (the legacy apps of the bright 1998-2003 period) by dropping compatibility in Windows Phone 7. I recall that those Winmo 2003 applications (RDcalc, TR3 Wikipedia offline with images, etc) have no match on any platform (neither iPhone nor Android).

Now what lacks the most on Winmo 2003 devices like h2215, is WiFi and GPS; accessorily, more RAM, larger screen, fastest processor, USB2. New devices like HTC HD2 have capacitive screens, on which styluses (even so-called "capacitive-able" ones) don't work; next ones will have Windows Phone 7, which will be a closed platform with the drawbacks and without the advantages of the iPhone. So what we need is a Windows Mobile 6.5.3 device, with either a good old resistive screen, or with the small software that would let you activate a button in 2 steps: you hover it (or "click" it), which only zooms the button; then you "click" it.

how much does it cost? If it's affordable and have android 2.2, it'd be the perfect phone.

i'm already attracted to the current phone specs, but if it uses a better version of winmo other than windows phone 7 , something like winmo 6.5.5 maybe, or android froyo, and if it has secondary camera, i'll definitely buy this phone!
