Samsung galaxy s2 use dual core cortex A9 which is set on 1.2ghz and htc amaze 4g use dual core scropion which is set on 1.5ghz. Scropion processor has better graphic,better speed and high internet browsing in compare to cortex A9...htc amaze use 256 ppi LCD display.............. only one problem here.... It's bettery back up is bad.......... NOW DONT WORRTY because in market a new 3600 mah bettery is avilable for htc amaze 4g.... ...... So enjoy fast htc................ I was use samsung,so my think is that DONT take samsung.......

Hey all, I got this one and I should say this is amazing as it named, Battery life time might be a problem for some ppl, but this is great and the price ..., I'm up to upgrade it to android V4.0

Want good battery life flash ARHD rom best battery life. Lasts 12 hours with full internet access or use faux kernel

Guyzz there is no update on Amaze. Only tmobile version had it. If u want it so bad u need to do it manually. Rooting then s off etc. U will have to flash a tmobile ics rom.
P. S. In Gb amaze uses only one core for performance is less than it can be in ics or jb.

I've been using this phone for 3 months , and I must say this phone is amazing , I don't have any problems ,everything is just perfect , its camera is outstanding , never lags , and its fast as hell , highly recommended ,however I've noticed most of the people over here are talking about poor battery lifetime , well I must say that every smartphone has this problem , whether its an Iphone or any other phone , they all have poor battery lifetime , so its not a fault in this phone . its a general issue
