The phone looks as discrete and elegant today as it did back in the days. The screen looks okay and the whole experience is smooth and beautiful - only the design that tries to mimick real world experiences shows its age.
Unfortunately it got stuck on Android 2.2 so it is mostly useless today in 2022. You can browse, use Google Maps, call and text, that's about it. Google service does not work anymore because Google stopped support for Android 2.2 some time ago.

Phone can be used for whatsapp I have one and i use whatsapp, instagram and twitter without problems

Please download a better RUU from shopped_rom.com..and run it..ensure u have enable usb debugging too..this will solve

apollo, 22 Aug 2013the battery is extra ordinary the worstIf you use it 24 7 you're battery will only last for like 4 hours minimum. Try clearing up some data and minimize your use on it and it should work just fine.

Could i get help: I My brand new HTC Aria goes to off mode when i make a call and most times when i receive a call. it buffles me because i can not see who is calling me and where to tap so that i can answer the call. the moment i place a call the screen goes black and cannot see who am calling even though am able to take up the conversation and respond to everything but I wouldnt be able to end the conversation because the screen goes black. When i try to tap the power button in order to bring the screen to normal condition, it does not respond. the onlt thing am supposed to do is to remove the battery and reinsert it which is weird to me.One thing i have observed is that when iam in direct sunlight the screen behaves properly i can receive or reject it,l am able to see who is calling and the screen doesnt go into off mode. Please help me
