Send it to HTC and pretty sure they will fix it! This phone is for the here and now and ahead of the S4 which is unlikely to see daylight until April 2013 and therefore has no relevance at all right now.

This phone has all the best specs,killer chipset,full HD screen,2 Gigs of RAM,SD-card...But there is a huge mistake:battery is not removable.Style is more important,than usebility?Sure,the phone is sleek,very thin.But roughly 2 years,and everybody can throw it to the trash,because the battery has done,and you cant change it.

I have been watching you all this time, you're even afraid to comment on the forum of IPhone 5. Educational criticism is far better than imbecile one. you haven't been positive about HTC since day one, come on. Don't take it personal but personalize your what others will read. this phone is perfect for us die hard users of HTC. cease to talk about s4 which don't know anything about it. let's give credit where it's due...

this is a good looking phone with a bunch of high performance characteristics. it is clear that it can challenge GS3 but it is nothing in comparison with note2 and the upcoming GS4.

Almost all the mobile phone makers make the same mistake as Motorola, at not adding a replaceable battery. What if the battery will go bad after the warranty is over??? You know not everybody can afford to buy high-end phones in every 2 year. At least Samsung is smart enough to not follow others! Maybe their phones are made of cheap materials, but there is a reason why they using plastic and not other material. :P Anyway example the Galaxy S2 is a solid phone, if you drop it it will not go bad. I admit Samsung made a mistake with the GS3, because even if it has Corniong Gorillas Glass 2, if you accidentally drop it there will be a problem. I am sure the Galaxy S4 will be a better phone in terms of build quality then the GS3.

power by just 2020 mAh (non removable) battery doesn't seem to qualify !!!!!

I'm totally short sighted and if my take my contacts off I can sort of see the pixels at around 250 ppi if I really look close, but they don't bother me. So what's 441 ppi for then? An excuse for more cores and less battery life?
