I'm having what seems to be serious battery issues. My phone battery can only last at most 2 hours. I've changed the battery and still the problem persists.
The phone also keeps switching itself off. Its quite disappointing.

I got this phone 2 years ago when my kids started big school and we have been using it fine but recently its battery has gone bad. I thought its been worn out by use so I got the battery changed but it is still not better.

I Am facing a problem pl advise me what should I do? The problem is that when I charge my phone (HTC desire 10 pro ) battry it looks 100'/, charged but as I remove charger it looks 68 '/, but works normal as 100'/,

I had this phone since 14 months, generally it is ok but battery life is not enough and camera lens getting blurring from inside,
Newly when battery reaches 25% it drops dramatically to 1% then switches off, although it is normal from 100% to 25%,
Overall i don't recommend HTC, this is my second phone and my experience with HTC is not nice.

Touch screen is too much freezing and lagging, hard reset not working as well. Pls let know if any solution for this.

This is the worst invention of mankind. In fact the manufacturers should be prosecuted for fraud. Pls DO NOT buy this phone. I bought two, one for me and the other for my wife they both got bad within 8 months of purchase. Mine made a loud noise one day and went off and that was the end of it. May God punish HTC for allowing this phone to be in circulation. It is fraud! fraud!! fraud!!.... Run away from it.
