Isn't that strange, which version is better quality?

I purchased Desire 10 pro 64GB from Souq "Amazon" in middle east,
When i contacted HTC online to confirm warranty they stated that this phone IMEI is registered for Singapore with global warranty and not covered by service center in middle east, the most strange they said "may cannot provide spare parts for this version due to some differences with the MEA versions",
What could be differences and complication i may face? is this Singapore version less quality?
