desire 210 is a starter and low level phone and replacement for desire200,if increase ram,cpu it would be a midrange phone.samsung has made some phone with 2G!!!!!!!! or lower cpu and 512 ram. some mobile has no flash in,like lumia 520,525 and it would amazing when a flagship phablet has no flash,yes it is xperia z ultra.if see realist and with no discrimination desire 210 is a good device in its range.thanks htc that making devices for every people and tact and every budget,thanks htc

Battery will suck u, 1Ghz processor with 512MB RAM (not a good confg.)

In Competitive Market Scenario think of RAM at least 1GB for Power Pack Speed and performance. Front Camera is missing hardly matters but memory and speed is upmost. Similar feature phones or even above configuration are available at lower prices than HTC.

512 mb ram is a weak point u dont give front camera but give a 1 gb ram it will do
