Not all of them are the same, Me and my mom are using it for 2 months and there haven't been any single issue with it not even a slight lag :) When you buy a phone next time make sure they unpack it in front of you or you do it yourself ;)!

About a general review, yes the screen is sub-par and so is the camera, but for 120€ ? It's great. (140€ minus 20€ reimbursement as a temporary sale deal)

whats app does work for the one you need to download the lastet soft ware so your phone will be able to hanndle it i work for vodafone and test phones every day hope this helps

The Good
- quad core processor
- battery life
- android 4.4.2
- HD Video recording ( not the quality)
The Bad
- still camera image quality
- 512 RAM
- Screen

For the money it costs, its a great phone. If you dont need flash and such a great screen, this can be a great phone for you. I have not experienced any bugs at all. Love my htc ^_^
