Hence took back ups of watsapp & photos & did a reset. Working fine now. Plan to purchase a micro SD card to solve for the issue permanently

Tap Clean Master ,tap Tools(bar menu at the bottom ,besides Home button,tap CPU Cooler>Scanning CPU>Cool down the CPU>TAP COOL DOWN button.>cleaned heating apps.Tap ME(Bar menu ,besides NEWS),Tap SETTINGS,Scroll down to "Auto Battery Saver"--Auto kill apps at screen off---select it Green.This should solve your heating problem .Persistent problem then second process.SECOND PROCESS,a bit complicated but harmless.Open Gmail,beside your email id there is small button ,select it,select Manage Accounts---SYNC--Auto sync app data, select -tick mark,then touch below--- your email id.A big list will appear--SELECT ALL(It will be all selected by default--just check).So everything in your phone --Contacts ,App data ,Drive Etc will be SAVED IN YOUR GMAIL ID.Now go for a FACTORY RESET from SETTINGS .Nothing scary ---IT TAKES BACK YOUR PHONE TO FACTORY DEFAULTS.All the Apps that came from Factory will stay --Clean master ,file explorer, entire google apps ,gallery etc will stay.Other downloaded apps like whatsapp ,games will be erased.Those who are facing major problems should go to SETTINGS> TAP Backup & reset.
Tap Factory data reset.

Guys i am very disappointed with this phone. I bought it 150 dollars in October 2015 but i have not experienced anything that can make it better than the other Brands of Android phones, only hating it by day. First i had to bear with it loosing some contacts mysteriously AND now it does not pop up the keypad for me to type anything, gives an error "Unfortunately, HTC Sense Input has stopped"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is very heartbreaking..
And on a serious note if the HTC Support does not intervene to provide a remedy for this i am embarking on a serious compain to DECAMPAIGN this CellPone brand.

my htc desire 326g downloads youtube videos.1.install firefox for android.2 get savefrom.net addon to firefox .the add on is not working in my case.so what i do i open the page "en.savefrom.net ", then i minimise it ,and open youtube (all in firefox),i watch the video,copy url from youtube and then paste it in savefrom.net download box .the video is downloaded within 5 mins thru wi-fi.got yupptv,photodirector and idm download manager.
milind you said "cant create new contact,dialler not working, what to do?" i say put the headphone in, listen to fm for 8 hrs, its entertaining,the battery is working ,i bet and then venture out to your good old neighbourhood std booth (u will find one if u really try hard) and make the calls .lol, actually lmao.
when u ask siri "the best phone ?" siri says"is there any other phone?"throw htc android out of the window ,get siri 5.5inch 16gb typhoon cpu,retina display and what not..for only 649.

fully satisfied with htc desire 326g dual sim.now there is a universal problem in android faced by everybody , when apps don't install and it says "insufficient storage"inspite of the fact there is a lot of space in sd card .i have 8gb internal and 4gb sd card .so the trick is to clear cached data (settings>storage),then free internal space by moving apps to sd card storage>apps touch particular app then select move to sd card .u must keep more than 600mb free in internal storage .then select "preferred install location" to let the system decide.i have tried selecting "removable sd card" and tried to install apps directly to sd card but failed.so the best option is " let the system decide".just installed ES file explorer file manager and talking babaji.made a couple of jumps in subway surfer but after that couldn't proceed .this 326g plays all games but the swipe in subway surfer is not enough to jump over the wall.maybe a flaw in 326g.don't try to root 326g to install apps it will become a brick.i think rooting any device for full potential is unnecessary .android is getting updated to more powerful versions by google .jellybean to kitkat to marshmallow ...for any issues feel free to write to me at rajbabudarjipara@gmail.com .
