I purchased a HTC Desire 501 nearly 2 weeks ago. It has a 2100 mAh battery. If I use my phone for browsing internet for 15 mins my battery goes down by almost 10%. Is this normal or should I visit the service centre.

Hi everyone..
i have bought this and facing two problems....
1. battery is heating up when using net or playing games for just 2-3 minutes.
2. when connecting it into PC via USB, PC is not detecting the SD Card..
Is there anyone who hv faced this kinda problem? Is there any solution guys?

MMI code cancelled is not a serious issue at all, just a flash message stating this, instead of Balance after each call. and this just a software issue and will surely be rectified in future. I dont know why ppl are so worried about this.

bro try to pt ur sim card to another android handset
then go to > Msg Settings > Flash Msg's > Turn Off Them...
after this put ur sim in ur htc desire 501 ... the problem of the msg's every time on screenis solved....

Hi...friends...I don't know,why your phone can't run games smoothly...but my Desire 501 is awesome...I played hd games like asphalt8,FIFA,blood & glory,temple run oz,deer hunter, & normal games like temple run 2,subway surfer,buggy racing,and each & every games ran smoothly...earlier I used grand & played games on it also....n grand was not bad in playing games but the screen quality of grand was not good so I didn't liked to play games on it....but the Desire 501 is really a very good and stylish phone

Sitll problem not solved frm HTC; may be HTC people's r dead on this issues.
No updates & still using the old version 4.1.1,;
