I have problems with taking screenshot. when i make screenshot picture is gray and i cant see anything plss what can i do to fix this

Worst phone in life always has problems with the software and services centre does not help you they will always tell the cost 100 times more than the original cost for repairing,the company is just thiefing money

i have htc desire 516 dual phone from last year to till now. it has updateable ph. but still it's running on jellibeen version. why its not update till now. otherwise its normal ph. nothing too god in it.

i am using HTC desire 516 since feb 2014 , this phone not bad not good...
i face one problem phone always hang, cant open contact/ dailer, cant work IMO properly
plzz give me one solution......

its better to buy a ship or a vehicle instead of buying hig end device from apple . htc is the best .

New phone restarting infront of me in the shop before I even buy it ?! how you call this, good phone making company or what ? I call it trash, 2 different phones, 1 mark... I am staying at being Nokia fan, no matter what, they atleast prove that they make tough phones... No blackbarryeasilybreakingbullshit nohtcbullshit no bullshit, shit, WE NEED GOOD PHONES, NOT TRASH ONES, NO1 WILL BUY THEM, AND IN THE END YOUR COMPANIES SHALL PERISH FROM EXISTENCE JUST FOR BEING POOR IN MAKING GOOD PRODUCTS ! Name disappears from contact list, camera is bad.... internal storage is 4 but we can use only 2 I dnt know why....no provision for transferring apps to sd card.. few guys posting in favour that is un true

I do not recommend it. In my case proximity sensor works only from 1mm distance, i closed many calls by mistake with my face because screen is not going blank when i place the phone to my ear. After RMA the device 3 times i received answer that the device should work like this because it has incorporated a new type of proximity sensor, so they did not change the phone or give me back my money. I spent on it almost 200 US $ and used it for maybe 40 minutes. Will give it away as a gift, i will not ask money for it. Will NEVER EVER buy HTC phone!!!

not Good!!
sad after using it..if you open gallery photos will be grey out if want see pics means you need to wait for 5-10 min after opening gallery,once you press back means again wait for 5-10 min to see pics..it hangs too much..battery backup is not good..you cant move application to memory card..in specification they have mentioned internal memory 4 Gb but it is 2GB only and you can use only 1+Gb..camera is bad..no video calling features..you cant upgrade android version..etc...etc

This is a bad and low featured phone of HTC... Never buy it..... My maternal was about to buy it...he asked me for it... I have used this phone for 10 month & now this is going hang...not working properly........ According to this price it is not a well featured phone and not satisfiable RAM & internal storage + SD card slot too.......never buy this guys..... Buy another best phones in this range of price..... I am sad after buying this..... Nobody is buying too with my hand as a second hand phone..... Thanks guys...... Devkumar mamaji... Plzz never buy this..

abrehman, 05 Sep 2015customer care and service center services are extremely poor.May be ur facing those problems but in my case I am having a very good experience with this phone... wifi-perfect(my cell is 24x7 connected in wifi.... media player and sound quality -perfect.... I have better experience with this phone then Samsung Grand, Sony xperia C, n the last one will be bit surprising i phone 4.

Itz 5mp camera is better then samsung's nokia's 8mp camera.... i love the touch... i have been using it for 1and half years but have not encountered any technical defect like hang. Awesome phone for this price range...I got it for 14500/-... I have been using I phone 5s but I don't know whether its jst me ..that i found the front cam of htc desire 516 better then i phone 5s...
the only drawback is that it has really less internal space... and the major drawback is... we can't transfer the apps fron phone memory to sd card.
